Scope

After intake, the request is classified as Core, Individual, Premium, Premium K‑Business, Premium K‑Build or Custom K‑Build Stack.

Decision Integrity Guarantee

Every paid K-Verdict is delivered according to the confirmed scope, input basis and package level. If KNAPPE cannot deliver the agreed scope, the payment is refunded.

Refunds

If a request cannot be accepted after intake, it is not treated as a completed verdict. Once verdict work has started, refunds depend on delivery status and scope fit.
